We have an amazingly talented, creative and committed team who love what they do.
Fiona heads up our kitchen. Fiona has been a part of the BST team since we opened our doors in September 2014. Her passion for food is evident in her creative, flavoursome and quality meals. Over her years in the industry Fiona has worked on a number of topend events cooking with unique and varied native and bush ingredients. Fiona is supported in the kitchen by a number of talented and spirited chefs all with a passion to provide a good plated product.
The front of house provide an excellent service experience which was recently recognised with the Australian Hotels Association awarding us best regional bar presentation and service Australia wide.
The owners Ian and Leah Sloan are frequently on site ensuring they are in touch with daily operation and business needs.
